Missing an Invoice? Here’s What to Check

If you receive a message saying, “Don’t see the invoice you’re looking for?”, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue.

Step 1: Confirm There Are Open Invoices

• Log in to your account and check if there are any outstanding invoices.

• If all invoices have been paid, there may be no open invoices to view.

 

Step 2: Verify Your Email Address

• Ensure you are logged in with the correct email address.

• The email used to register must match the one originally linked to your invoice or account.

 

Step 3: Contact Support for Assistance

• If you’re still unable to find your invoice, reach out to our support team at ar@office.com for further assistance.

• Provide any relevant details, such as your account number or invoice reference, to help us resolve the issue quickly.
